PanARMENIAN.Net – The security guards of the Armenian National Assembly pushed and shoved journalists out of the chamber intended for their work in the parliament on Wednesday, August 25.
Footage published online shows the glass chamber where correspondents of various publications were filming a scuffle among lawmakers. People in military uniforms then demanded that journalists leave their place of work, and when they refused to do so, pushed them out of the room.
Earlier on Wednesday, lawmakers staged a scuffle in the Armenian National Assembly. The members of parliament were filmed throwing bottles and cups at each other and trading insults, one day after the session was interrupted by a similar incident sparked by the removal of an opposition lawmaker.
