Yerevan /Mediamax/. Ahead of the U.S. Independence Day, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has hosted U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy today.
President Sarkissian has thanked the U.S. side for the continuous assistance to Armenia, especially for the aid provided during the difficult circumstances of the pandemic.
At the Ambassador’s request, Armen Sarkissian has touched on the constitutional changes and processes related to constitutional reforms. The President has attached importance to public discussions and engagement of as many groups of the society as possible in the work on constitutional law.
The parties have also discussed investment, agreeing that any investment should be protected not only by the law, but also by a favorable and attractive business environment and highlighting the efforts and cooperation toward formation of that environment.
